TF2 problem

Whenever I try entering TF2 server's. At the very ending of the loading this'll come up;
Team Fortress 2; hl2.eze - Application Error
The instruction at "0x1414ca14" referenced memory at "0x0e539998". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

I've got no idea to fix it.
