I do agree with this however they were both very, very good.

Indeed, just overrated as they died in their primes and were the most popular of the time.

E40, Too Short, Dru Down and 2Pac spring immediately to mind.

I respect Tupac, just listen to his tracks, not only Drill music.

MC Ren is my personal favourite mainly because he never really got maintstream, he was forever in the shadow of Dr Dre, Eazy E and Ice Cube. He was a crazy lyricist. Although the best I think Ice Cube, simply because of the N.W.A diss 'No Vaseline', definetly my favourite diss song of all time. Tupac also had the lyrics, Biggie had the flow. Fair to say the 90's was hip-hop at it's peek.

If 2pac wouldnt be so popular eazy e would be the favorite one but eazy e died earlier than they thought, after that was there only biggie and pac. they became more popular and blocked the way of the new rappers. so they was the favorite but not the best i think. for me is biggie the best rapper of the 90s.

Eazy E sucked, he'd never have made it as popular as 2Pac/Biggie.
