Nelson Ordoñez & Dustin Perez, circa January 2019.
Nelson Ordoñez's efforts to maintain steady business in Los Santos were unsuccessful, forcing him to switch the operational area to a far away piece of territory previously owned by members of the Juarez Cartel. Fort Carson was a peaceful area with little to no havoc on a day to day basis. Nelson Ordoñez was affiliated with Edward Laresca, an ex-Zeta. Word about Nelson spread around quick on the south of the border, grabbing the attention of Jalisco's own Los Cuinis. Nelson "Orejas" Ordoñez was known to the commanders and lieutenants as a man that knew the trade and was a good earner, one that had connections to a few of Los Santos' larger gangs. Only problem was that they still thought he was affiliated with the Zetas, but due to the conditions provided they put him on their watch list, keeping a tab on his whereabouts through their federal and general contacts. Jalisco's first attempt at snatching Ordoñez inside of his own home late at night on the 26th was a complete failure, as he managed to escape thinking it was police. Ordoñez continues his operation with his cousin, Dustin Perez, in Fort Carson with high hopes on regaining his financial status.
