Bright traffic lights can't be removed

Post by Blaze! » Sun Jan 21, 2018 11:41 am

I installed a modpack but then it looked ugly so I removed it. After logging in to gta I realized the traffic lights have gone brighter.. like they look unrealistic. I tried removing everything to do with lights in my folder but it's still there. I need some help in removing it.

See the particles.txd file. Could also be Project2DFX if it had that.
