Remember: Admins do not ever need, nor will EVER ask for, your passwords for any of your accounts. Please do not list any passwords of your accounts in these support tickets.
You simply create a ticket and then will receive an email giving you details on how you can follow the progress of your request. Our Ticket Assistants will aim to initially reply to your questions and requests within 24 hours and gather the information they need to proceed with actioning your request. Please note that once all the information has been received, it may take slightly longer for your request to be actioned as it depends entirely on the circumstances and staff/remedy action involved. We will aim to keep you updated on the progress of the situation should you ask for it.
In order to speed up your request, we often ask for necessary information to help us action your request. It would help to list this information in your first message so we can get on with it right away, as opposed to asking for it and then having to wait for you to reply.
