Honestly preferred FM17, getting bored easily with saves on 18 so I decided to download an alternate reality save called Red Bull Leyton Orient where you literally have nothing but lots of cash in the Vanarama National league, having fun signing lots of young players and a few old boys as well.

Let me see how you're getting on! I'm in league 1, the board expecting promotions every season which is very easy so far.

expecting a lot more from fm19 it was ok this year 3 striker tactics and 3 in the back are the biggest aids in the game, needs to be more diverse and interesting in terms of tactical options formations etc

True. 2018's match engine was kinda weird this year. Hope it's better in 2019.

The 3 up front is a joke. But I hope for better too.

Decided it's about time to buy FM19.. got it for £17 as well, thought I'd start off with an easy team so I chose United and wanted to replicate Ole's success..
First season I sold Darmian, Valencia and Rojo
Bought DeLigt and Ruben Neves who is an absolute beast btw. Got them both cheap as well! 32m each
First season started off perfect, 20 games unbeaten, smashing every team I play! Even started to bring in some of the young guns like Chong and Gomes. I was already thinking about the quad.
As the season started drawing to an end I found myself third in the league, winning the caraboa cup, finalist in the Champions league against Liverpool and being knocked out the FA Cup by Chelsea.
Ended up City winning the league and me trailing behind second, played Liverpool in the final and it was going perfect! Scored 2 early goals.. half time began and Liverpool scored 1 making it 2-1. Then scored another... then ten minutes later scored another and parked the bus!
I was fucking furious and utterly ashamed of myself, I couldn't believe what I done hahahah I was debating whether to just leave the save at that! I was extremely ashamed of myself.. I would've rather lost 4-0 than lose the way I did.
I decided to stick around and try gift the fans some glory the next season.. hopefully.

Start of the season I spent big.. 138mil!
Bringing in Lucas Paquetá (45m) Manuel Gasparini (2.5m) Jadon Sancho (60m) and Ben Chilwell (30m) I meant business with these signings.
I sold Romero (Promoting Dean Henderson to DDG number 2) Phil Jones Peraira, McTominay and loaned out a bunch of youngsters.
Just about to start the season and I desperately need to win the prem of CL after that embarrassing loss to Liverpool, I still think about it now infuriating myself...

Definitely a season to remember... we ended up playing Liverpool in the CL final again and we went 1-0 down after 10 minutes. After that I was planning on leaving the club straight after the match but we ended up scoring two more to lift the cup, winning the BPL, league cup and the CL.
Sancho was a first team starter straight away and worth every penny of the 60m.
I was planning on starting a new challenge.. someone in the lower leagues but then I was granted 266m transfer budget and a 600k wage budget which is very tempting to make an even better team..

Do you use your own tactics? I always just download them, the tactics menu is to much for me to handle at times so I use someone elses
