One thing worth bringing more attention to is Mmartin's announcement "Changes in Development" which provides updates about the development team. In short, Davis is now a full server developer and will contributing as such. He plans to put out a fortnightly revision (every two weeks) no matter how big or small to keep the changes, tweaks and fixes flowing. This will reduce the backlog of tasks that are waiting and mean that we can also move onto new additions. You can keep an eye on what Davis is doing by checking out his "Dev Blog" which we intend to update frequently. You can read this to check what he's working on, and what you can expect from the upcoming fortnightly server revision.
Applications to join the staff team as a tester will be open in the coming days. For those that are interested, this is your opportunity to join our staff team and help out the server. It is worth noting that the "reserved tester" system is no longer used, which was the system where accepted applicants from any recruitment drive are considered "reserved" and may be added at any time. Instead, we are simply opening recruitment and those who apply will either be accepted into the tester team, or they will be declined and able to re-apply for a future drive.
