Following the release of The Anniversary Update (12.0.0), the development team has been working hard to release the next revision. In this revision, there's a new (dynamic) graffiti system, improvements to property management (/propkeys, /givepropkey and /takepropkey), drug system improvements, mapping and skins.

To speak a little bit about the Graffiti System by Kane, we tried to take a more realistic approach towards it and explored a few different ways that we could improve it. A significant change and a step forward for a more realistic experience is how a graffiti tag will stream in when they're being sprayed on/off. Other players will now be able to see what you're spraying while you're doing it, with each character of your tag showing up live as it's being sprayed. There's many other improvements, so if you want to learn more about the Graffiti System, please visit the Feature Documentation that will be released shortly.

As you could probably tell by the banner, we've made a little bit of a change to Pershing Square. Thanks to Baker, you should have a more pleasing experience while roleplaying in the area, with the addition of the Pershing Square Park. We've also added some other mapping for factions and businesses, which you can see in the full changelog below.

Another change that we've made is the addition of Property Keys, these will allow you to give co-ownership of your property without having to set the property to rentable. Heads up: this also gives the player the ability to /furniture, so if you don't want them being able to do that, it's best if you just have them rent there. You can view and manage property keys via /propkeys, and take and give them via /takepropkey and /givepropkey respectfully.

To finish up, the modding team has been receptive of your feedback in Verified Discussions and has produced multiple female skins for the next update. Thank you to everyone listed below for their hard work and contributions:
